Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.synofit.co.uk. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

We aim to ship orders received before 3pm on the day that we receive them (normal working days). Any orders received after this time will be process on the next working day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For our Standard Deliveries, we use a Royal Mail 2nd Class “Signed For” service due to the high value of the majority products that we supply. The price of this service for a Small Parcel is £4.75 and is free of charge for orders over £50.00. For order less than £50.00 postage will be added.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This will contain your tracking number (if the service you selected requires one).

Customs, Duties and Taxes

www.synofit.co.uk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

www.synofit.co.uk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Should you need assistance with this please contact Customer Services

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.K. From 1st January 2021 we are no longer able to supply the Republic of Ireland. Customers from the Republic of Ireland can purchase Synofit products from www.synofit.nl.
